The five acre gardens of the Elizabethan mansion, Doddington Hall, just south of Lincoln and about 20 minutes drive from Ashlin Farm Barns are definitely worth a visit, maintaining the original Elizabethan layout. There are formal gardens, a wild garden and 2-acre walled kitchen garden.

Visit the cafe or restaurant for refreshment and browse the Farm Shop for produce grown in the Kitchen Garden and in the local area.

The Hall & Gardens are open from 29 March to 29 September 2024. Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays 11-4pm (Gardens from 10am-4pm)
