This was mine and my family’s second time visiting the barns. We came in June for my dad’s 60th and again in November for my brother’s birthday. Both times we stayed in The Sycamores. It’s safe to say, we all have the best time when we visit and 3 days never seem long enough! From the gorgeous clean house, to the hot tub, to the table tennis table, to the lovely walks around the grounds and not forgetting the helpful staff – this place is a gem!
What can I say… My wife & I stayed here last week for the first time. We were blown away! Dragonfly cottage was simply amazing! The most stunning views, garden, hot tub & interior, we were definitely living the life of luxury. We had great days out nearby at Lincoln and the local zoo. Well worth staying and we will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you so much to everyone at Ashlin Farm Barns 🙂
I had the absolute pleasure of having my baby shower at Ashlin Farm Barns – with the day hire they offer for special occasions. It was just a dream. The house was absolutely incredible, I wanted to move in! Was the most amazing space to host all of my friends and family, not to mention gorgeous. The attention to detail is incredible, nothing was missed. Everyone loved it. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back soon!!!!
This accommodation was absolutely brilliant. We booked this location for a couples retreat and it didn’t let us down one bit. The welcome basket was amazing, thank you. The main hall was very big and spacious. With all the utensil and facilities that one could need. The bedroom are a perfect size for a couple to relax in. The hot tub was a added bonus.
Highly recommend the fantastic Ashlin Farm barns! Standard of furnishings, fittings and facilities are superb and the barn and surroundings are maintained to the highest standard by the friendly efficient team making our stay so enjoyable.
Amazing stay from start to finish. Houses had everything you needed in them and the swim spas were brilliant for the Adults and Kids. We had 3 houses shared between all the family and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and we will definitely be going back x
My family and I shared a lovely break in the willows. The whole place was spotless and had all the modern appliances you could need. The hot tub is massive and the grounds very large. It was my wife’s birthday while we were there and staying here made it special. Thank you to all your team.
Incredible place we stayed in Rowan House absolutely beautiful 5 huge super King bedrooms, Log Burner, open plan kitchen and dining space for entertaining. The comfiest supersized sofa underfloor heating and amazing bathrooms. The utility was perfect for dog coats food and leads as well as washing stuff after a walk. The Swimspa is incredible no hottub will ever feel the same now! Natalie provided bowls and toys for all 8 of the dogs which was a lovely touch as well as a welcome hamper with all things local and Lincolnshire.
10 of us stayed in Holly Tree Barn and it was an amazing experience, from the open plan lounge/kitchen to the swim spa and outside areas in general. Seems as though the owners have thought of everything you could wish for, ranging from bath robes for the hot tub to dishwasher tablets for your use. All the staff we came across seemed very friendly and welcoming. Took advantage of the discount of booking while we were there and returning in the summer.
