The Sycamores is situated along the Woodland View area of our site and enjoys far-stretching views over fields. The detached barn provides optimum privacy, space and luxury for up to 8 guests, situated in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, but only a short distance from the vibrant, bustling city of Lincoln.

The traditional exterior complements the Lincolnshire landscape. The large, comfortable open-plan interior is warm and welcoming with a contemporary design and an attractive, quality finish with style and comfort in mind throughout. The kitchen is very well-stocked and has everything you need from the drinks cooler to the dishwasher and washing machine, ideal for self-catering accommodation. Gather your friends and family around the large dining table to enjoy your favourite cuisine before sinking into the luxurious 8 seater sofa and cosying up by the cracking log burner. Logs are provided for you, with underfloor heating to keep you warm during your stay too.

Beyond the comfort of the main living area are four super-king size bedrooms, all of which have the option to be split into two twin beds, if you prefer. There is one bedroom located on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor, each individually designed with their own en-suite facilities and wall mounted TV’s. There is also a separate utility room (with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional tall fridge), and a separate family bathroom with a bath tub for you to relax and unwind.

To the front is a large private entrance space driveway. To the rear, The Sycamores boasts a large, enclosed garden, with the luxury of its own huge hot tub seating your entire group, heated outdoor shower, illuminated seating area and barbecue. The spacious garden room offers a separate space for you to enjoy with its own sheltered seating and bi-folding doors looking onto the garden. Come day or night, the garden is the perfect space for relaxing with family or friends, whatever the occasion.

If you have a larger party, we are able to facilitate multiple barn bookings across our barns sleeping 4, 6, 8 and 10 guests.

Pets are welcome in this Barn. Book your first pet free of charge via our Booking Extras section, plus any further pets for an additional charge.

Ashlin Farm Barns is situated in the heart of Lincolnshire’s ﬁnest farmland, on the outskirts of the vibrant historic city of Lincoln and within walking distance of the villages of Dunholme and Welton.

You can walk by ﬁelds where horses graze until you come to a secluded pond. You may ﬁsh here without charge, making us perfect for ﬁshing holidays. If you walk along the lane you’ll come to a wild ﬂower meadow, woodland and nature reserve. This makes a wonderful walk in all seasons. There is a family friendly village pub/restaurant within 2 miles.
